Individual Therapy

Individual counselling focuses on treating emotional and personality problems with individualised care. The person and the counsellor will meet one-on-one for the session, which will include correct diagnosis and treatment.

Group Therapy

Group therapy is a type of treatment that emphasizes on a group of people to address issues such as depression, obesity, panic disorder, social anxiety, chronic pain, gaming or drug addiction. It also aids in the development of social skills, assisting individuals in dealing with a variety of challenges such as aggression, fear, shyness, loneliness, and negative self.

Couple Therapy

Couples therapy is for people wanting to improve certain aspects of their relationship and, in some cases, explore underlying psychological issues.​Therapy often includes sessions designed to improve problem-solving, build communication skills, and identify life goals.

Child Therapy

Child counselling provides a safe atmosphere for young kids to express emotions. It allows children to express any concerns or challenges they may be having while also increasing their confidence and strength.

Family Counseling

Family counselling is for family members who are reliant on the happiness of others in the home. This module is open to children, teenagers, parents, and other family members who are interested in psychological assistance. 

Early Intervention &

Special Education

Early Intervention assistance are services provided to infants and pre-schoolers who are at risk of cognitive and developmental deficits. These services are aimed to detect and satisfy the developmental children's needs in five aspects includes, Physical, cognitive, communicative, social or emotional development, sensory development, and adaptive development.
